 Once it is determined that the company is a strong candidate for a successful IPO, initial preparations can begin. This stage is critical in the IPO journey and involves introducing and selecting the team of professionals who will advise the business on its path to becoming a listed company.

These professionals include the Nominated Adviser (Nomad), brokers, bankers/bookrunners, legal advisers, accounting professionals, and PR advisers. Choosing the right advisers is essential to give the company's IPO the best chance of success, a sentiment widely shared throughout the City.

Our role is to:

• Facilitate successful introductions to the broking community
• Negotiate scopes of work with professionals, aiming for significant cost savings
• Leverage our experience and expertise to reduce workloads and stress throughout the IPO process
• Ensure all necessary steps are completed before engaging professionals to avoid unnecessary engagements and costs
• Ensure a shorter timeline to IPO once all parties are engaged
