We Assess

 Prior to contracting with any client, we will meet with the company to assess its suitability for an AIM or Main Market listing before approaching the broker community. This ensures that the client is a suitable candidate and fully prepared for presentation to the brokers as part of the Admission process.

This assessment includes examining and understanding:

• The company's rationale for pursuing an IPO.
• The company's background.
• The group structure.
• The management structure.
• A review and analysis of the company’s historical and current financial position and statements.
• A review and analysis of the company’s future projections and strategic plan, along with an evaluation of the plan’s traction and feasibility.
• Any other material or significant factors that could impact the success of the IPO.

If necessary, we will also “test” the broker community for interest in the IPO.
