IPO Management

 Once the company has signed the agreements with the brokers/Nomads and other advisers, we assume the role of IPO Project Manager and Coordinator.

This is an essential function, as the timeline and roadmap from this stage are highly pressurised, resource-intensive, and require keeping all parties on track.

Our role includes, among other things:

• Reviewing and advising on reports and documentation for various external reports
• Managing meetings and processes between the advisers and the company, ensuring the process remains on track at all times
• Facilitating the legal due diligence (DD) process
• Assisting in the preparation of board committees, company policies, and the website as required under AIM Rule 26 and the UK Governance Codes
• Helping the company prepare presentations for the investor roadshow
