Supported the company through multiple pre-IPO funding rounds, coordinating its adviser team and managing the process through to a successful AIM admission.
Exilium is the corporate finance adviser to a buy-and-build platform in the UK infrastructure professional services sector, working alongside the group's leadership to source, structure and execute acquisitions of businesses in surveying, testing, power and energy transition, and high-voltage electrical works. Exilium is also an investor in the platform, funding acquisitions through affiliated capital alongside its advisory mandate.
