Exilium Ventures was founded by Pete Wild (accountant) and David McCracken (lawyer), to combine their professional expertise to assist highly motivated, founder-led UK SMEs navigate the IPO process and access capital markets.

Recognising the challenges that ambitious entrepreneurs face in securing investment, they set out to create a platform that offers tailored financial guidance and support. Their mission is to empower these businesses by connecting them with potential investors and facilitating access to essential resources. Through their innovative approach, Exilium Ventures aims to foster growth and success for SMEs, ensuring that visionary founders can realize their ambitions while contributing to the broader economic landscape.

Pete Wild

Pete is a Chartered Accountant specialising in corporate finance with over 25 years' experience in the technology sector.

He founded Exilium Ventures to help high-growth, innovative companies navigate the complexities of the IPO process.

His goal was to create a firm that specializes in bringing category-defining technology companies to the capital markets, offering a “hands-on” approach to IPO consultancy.

David McCracken

David is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer with background in working with high growth companies.

As holder of an MBA, he combines legal expertise with commercial insight to navigate the intricate regulatory and commercial challenges of going public.

David's aim is to ensure that Exilium Ventures not only assists with the technical aspects of listing but also empowers companies to make informed, strategic decisions as they enter the public markets.
